Replidyne's lead product, faropenem medoxomil (faropenem), is a novel oral community antibiotic, which we believe would be appropriate for use as a first-line antibiotic for certain respiratory and skin infections in adult and pediatric patients. Faropenem is in late stage clinical development in adult patients with acute bacterial sinusitis (ABS), acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (AECB), and community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Faropenem has completed Phase II clinical trials for pediatric patients with acute otitis media (AOM).

Directed Electronics, Inc. (DEIX) situation has improved a lot since I first came across the company for $1 a share. They have started to pay off debt and the uncertainty around the XM Sirius merger is now over.

Monarch Cement Co. (MCEM.OB) also owns and operates quarries.

Mosquito Gold Mine (MSQ.V) finds precious and base metals projects in high return, low political risk environments in North America and Australia.

Sales are up for Boss Holdings(BSHI.OB) yet they still sell for 76% of their net current asset level with little debt. This might still be one of the better deals out there.
